What does your company do?
We are a stationery and paper manufacturer but also a design company in Taiwan. Our distribution channels are throughout all the chain bookstores and other drug or daily commodity stores all over Taiwan and worldwide.
Does your company do OEM/ODM?
Yes. We surely help buyers to do OEM and ODM. The cost is depended on each specific design product. We do charge for the design fee.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by fill out the inquiry form and submit it through email. We will have someone contact you soon.
Are you the original images creator?
Yes. All the images and designs you see on the site are our sophisticated designers created in first hand.
What is the MOQ (Minimum of quantity)?
The minimum of quantity of each item (product) is three thousands pieces.(customized products can be discussed upon requested)
How do I make a payment oversea?
You can make the payment by using T/T for small amount of money (usually the limit is below USD$10000 but if you would like to pay it for large amount is also acceptable) Otherwise you can use L/C (conditions can be changed upon request)
Who is the contact person for oversea business?
The contact person for international sales department is Ms. Vita Chang (extension 15) or Mr. Martin Wu (extension 10) for initial assistant.
How long is the production period once the order has been made?
The production period for each item is approximately for 30-45 days including the design artwork confirmed, pre-production samples confirmed and shipment length confirmed etc.
May I ask for the samples of the items from the catalog?
Yes. You can download or browse through our site by choosing the items from the catalog (please also fill out the inquiry form as well)
Which couriers do you corporate with?
We usually corporate with FEDEX (registration no. ) but we can always wok with your courier provider as well (please give us your courier information)
How much would it cost for the samples request?
We usually do ask for samples fee if the buyer provide the courier by charge on the receiver. Otherwise we would simply ask for the fee by the retail price of 50% of each item.
What is your common use currency payment or quotation in PI?
So far we still use US dollars as our main currency quote for all the buyers. Unless the buyer prefer to make the payment in New Taiwanese dollars.
